Put USDG to work in stock pools.
Deposit USDG and receive vault shares. The vault supplies liquidity to tokenised stock pools and books what it earns. Getting in is free. When you leave, we take 5% of your profit, and nothing if you are flat or down.

The vault is built and reviewed but not open yet. Nothing can be deposited today. This page explains exactly how it will work so you can decide before it opens.
How it works
- You deposit USDG. You get shares priced at the vault's full value, so you pay for profit already earned rather than taking it from others.
- A strategy puts it to work. Part of the USDG is drawn into stock pool positions. The rest stays idle to pay withdrawals.
- Profit arrives slowly on purpose. Realised profit unlocks into the share price over one day, so nobody can jump in just before a report and take it.
- You withdraw. You receive your share of the vault. If you are up, 5% of the profit goes to the treasury. If not, nothing does.

The share price is not marked to market. A loss inside a pool shows up only when the owner writes it down, so the price can lag reality. If the strategy has drawn more than is idle, a withdrawal waits until USDG comes back. You can lose money.
