$LOOM

A tax that turns into liquidity.

LOOM has a 10% creator tax on every trade. That tax buys positions in tokenised stock pools. Every day at 18:00 UTC, 80% of what those positions earned is sent to holders in USDG. The rest is put back into the book.

Where the tax goes

On every LOOM buy or sell you pay 11%, split like this
  • Liquidity book9.81%
  • Operations0.89%
  • Pons keeps (theirs, not ours)0.3%
What the book earns, split every day
  • Paid to holders in USDG80%
  • Reinvested in the book20%

The two rules the contract enforces

Principal is never paid out. Money from the tax is the book's principal. The payout function cannot touch it, so holders are paid from earnings only, never from the book itself.

Earnings cannot be spent by the keeper. The keeper that runs the book can spend principal only. It cannot quietly put the holders' share back into positions.

The liquidity book

The liquidity desk is not deployed yet

When it is, every position shows here live: the pool, what it is worth, whether the price is inside its range, and the fees waiting to be collected.

How to buy LOOM

  1. Have a wallet on Robinhood Chain with a little ETH for gas.
  2. Open LOOM on Pons, the launchpad it trades on, and swap for it.
  3. Every buy and sell pays the 10% creator tax plus Pons' own 1% fee. A round trip costs you both ways.
  4. Hold it in a wallet you control. Contracts are excluded from payouts. Eligibility.
